Mark Daniel Adamczyk vs LIV Nightclub - Jeff Soffer - Dave Grutman - Miami Marketing Group

In 2010, Mark Daniel Adamczyk went to Miami from Orlando, Florida with his friend and discovered LIV Nightclub. LIV Nightclub is the best nightclub in World, and on any given night can see the top DJs in the World like Kaskade, Calvin Harris, and plenty more. LIV Nightclub is located the fontainebluea hotel in Miami and that hotel is owned by Jeff Soffer. Jeff Soffer hired Dave Grutman and his company Miami Marketing Group to run LIV. LIV generates around 40 million a year in revenue. Mark Daniel Adamczyk met a promoter who worked for LIV, and figured he could help him get leads for VIP tables. LIV Bottle Service domain was purchased the leads given to an actual VIP Host. The VIP host eventually quit LIV and Mark was still getting leads. This turned into a shit show and trying to find someone to accommodate them correctly. This goes to show you should have contract first before getting leads. Ultimately this lead to Mark Daniel Adamczyk being sued by JSP LLC. This is Jeff Soffer company for his intellectual property. They own the word LIV for nightclub use. Eventually, all the domains were taken from Mark Daniel Adamczyk and given to Jeff Soffer. Including DaveGrutman.com which only was a website set up for search engine optimization linking back to LIV Bottle Service domain.

Mark Daniel Adamczyk still owns VIPTableReservations.com and leads trickle in for LIV, and these are sent to a new VIP host. The bottom line is you shouldn't try to facilitate leads before having an agreement in place with someone. This can cause major legal action and stress. Also, could be illegal if you are doing this for someone who is licensed. Mark Daniel Adamczyk was the one who single handed took down the JobKilling.com scam once he saw they were recommending people to kill their job renting leads to licensed business.
